Rick Faulk

Rick Faulk

Chairman & CEO, Intronis

Rick is a results-driven chief executive with more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales, and marketing. Now CEO at Intronis, he has worked for some of the world’s most successful SaaS and technology companies, including j2 Global, Mzinga, Cisco, WebEx, Intranets.com and PictureTel.

Prior to Intronis, Rick was General Manager of Cloud Services for Sales & Marketing at j2 Global. As President & CEO of Mzinga, Rick helped build that company into a market-leading provider of on-demand social software solutions to major global brands. Immediately prior to Mzinga, Rick was Chief Marketing Officer of WebEx Communications and President of WebEx Small Business, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.

Rick currently sits on the boards of Yodle, SkillSurvey, Bidding4Good and BatteryCorp and is an advisor to other start-up businesses. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.


George Roberts

George Roberts

George Roberts is a Venture Partner at OpenView and a former member of the executive management team at Oracle, with over 25 years of deep management experience in the software industry. Since 2003, George has been making private investments and serving as a board member of several fast-growing venture-capital-funded software companies including ScriptLogic Corporation, Fieldglass Inc, and Informance International.

George spent 13 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently having served as EVP of North American Sales. While at Oracle, he was responsible for over $1 billion in revenue and over 2,000 employees, reporting directly to the company’s CEO and Chairman, Larry Ellison. George also served as a member of the firm’s executive team responsible for restructuring Oracle, increasing profit margins from 22% to over 40% and positioning Oracle as the second most profitable company in the industry after Microsoft. He received a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.


Ricky Pelletier

At OpenView, Ricky focuses on identifying and analyzing various market and investment opportunities and works with other members of the investment team to structure and conduct diligence on new investments. Ricky is also a Board Director at Open-E and is active as a Board Observer at Spredfast and FieldAware. Prior to joining OpenView, Ricky was an Associate at Symmetric Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm investing across industries. He previously interned at Landmark Partners, an investment firm centered on acquiring secondary interests in venture capital and private equity funds. Ricky graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.


Wayne Mackie

Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Charles River Associates

Wayne Mackie’s extensive career in corporate finance includes 30 years at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served as partner-in-charge of the Boston office’s Technology practice, chaired a firm-wide committee and performed special consulting assignments for firm-wide management. Following his tenure at Arthur Andersen, Wayne served as a member of the board of directors of Novell, Inc. and as a consultant to a number of organizations. In addition to his role as executive vice president, treasurer, and chief financial officer at CRA, Wayne is also a member of the board of directors of Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, a Harvard teaching hospital. Wayne holds a BS from Babson College and a MS from the University of Pennsylvania.


Dan McCall

Dan McCall

Vice President, Citrix

Previously President and CEO of Boston start-up Virtual Computer, Dan McCall is now a Vice President at Citrix following their acquisition of the start-up. Before Virtual Computer, Dan was Vice President, Corporate Development, at Verisign and, earlier, Co-Founder and General Manager, Managed Security Services, at Guardent. Dan received a BS, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in the dual studies of Engineering and Computer Science Software/Hardware.
