Director of Partner Success
The Director of Partner Management will report to the Vice President of Partner Success and will have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing plans, programs and processes focused on optimizing our partners satisfaction. This leadership role will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational execution required to establish Intronis’ partner relationship experience as a competitive and sales differentiator.
Partner Development Manager

Intronis is looking to add a Marketing Manager to our team, based in Chelmsford, MA. This is a key role that will sit on our growing Partner Marketing team, which focuses on growing our existing Partner (customer) base.

Partner Success Manager
The Partner Success Manger works with Intronis partners managing business relationships to ensure that your partners’ needs and requirements are met. Managing an assigned group of partners, you will check in with them to assure successful implementation of our products, monitor accounts and triage technical and service issues. This role is an outstanding opportunity to learn our business, Cloud technology issues and solid Account Management skills
Software Engineer – PHP

Technical Onboarding Specialist
The Technical Onboarding Specialist at Intronis provides initial training to our new Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) partners, using remote presentations and conference calls. Our MSP Partners are reselling our Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions to Small-to-Medium-sized-Businesses (SMBs). You will help our partners configure and deploy our products to their customers, answer any questions they may have and triage any technical or service issues that arise during the onboarding process.
During onboarding you will be a customer advocate, relaying any technical needs discovered back to Product, Engineering or Support as necessary. As the first point of contact in their ongoing relationship with Intronis, your work and attention to detail will encourage our partners to become evangelists for our product line, encouraging them sell our product deeper into their customer base, refer new partners and renew service agreements when the time comes.
