Systems Engineer

Intronis is seeking a talented and self-motivated Systems Engineer to join our production operations team. This is a great opportunity to be a member of a team responsible for maintaining and scaling a multi-site high-capacity storage network in the fast growing cloud market. This position plays a pivotal role in assisting and maintaining our network infrastructure, installing systems and servers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the network infrastructure
  • Setup and support server hardware>
  • Install system applications and deploy updates
  • Ensure proper security, monitoring, alerting and reporting for the infrastructure
  • Assist with planning of infrastructure growth
  • Ensure that all projects and infrastructure are properly documented

Requirements:

Lead Generation Manager

Intronis is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic, successful team. The successful candidate will bring an enthusiasm for building and improving repeatable, sustainable processes that can scale with the business and provide transparency through clean data, accurate reporting and clear communication.

In a fast-paced, results-oriented environment you will be at the center of the high-volume sales lead distribution effort, responsible for analyzing data to determine campaign and program effectiveness in driving sales. Additionally, you will use Marketo to leverage raw data, reporting, analytics and technology to inform and improve marketing efforts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Digital Marketing, Events and Content Marketing Teams at Intronis.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the marketing analytics platform: refine strategy, maintain and improve reports and dashboards that provide weekly and monthly actionable insight into the overall health of the marketing activity, report performance against goals and highlight areas requiring improvement.
  • Work with marketing programs team to ensure leads are flowing to sales efficiently and programs are being credited appropriately
  • Work with sales operations to ensure database is routinely scrubbed and maintained to remove duplicates and junk information
  • Maintain and enhance lead scrubbing and filtering processes to ensure 95% of leads sent to Sales are of ‘acceptable’ quality.
  • Support a “culture of testing” that continues to look for refinements in processes to deliver outsized results.
  • Participate in list development, database segmentation, data appending, data augmenting activities as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Marketing, Information Systems or related major
    • 4-6 years’ experience in a fast growth, metrics-driven Sales, Marketing or Ops. Team
    • Technical knowledge of Marketo, comfortable building and maintaining smart campaigns, programs, forms, reports, segments, list uploads and lead scoring.
    • You have strong familiarity with the SFDC/Marketo administrative functions including managing user profiles, Salesforce-Marketo sync, sandbox development and live deployment.
    • Experience adding plug-ins and other technology to the Marketo and SFDC platforms a plus.

As Web Producer you will be responsible for development and maintenance of various digital components of Intronis Marketing activities including Web site, graphics, landing pages, Web analytics, Marketing automation, Social Media, video, audio and more.

      As part of a results-oriented, dynamic Marketing team in Intronis’ fast-paced environment, you will be required to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards in all your multi-media productions and Web coding.       Responsibilities:

      • Provide support and troubleshooting of Intronis websites, applications, forms and landing pages in a highly collaborative environment

        Linux Administrator

        As a member of the Intronis systems team, you will work on a multi-site, high-capacity storage network running our Intronis Cloud Backup and Recovery product. This position plays a pivotal role, as you are part of the team responsible to scale the infrastructure to support fast growth. This role requires prior experience using Linux systems, such as CFEngine, CentOS, or Red Hat and monitoring tools, such as Nagios.

        Responsibilities:

        • Support and scale server infrastructure for development, QA and production
        • Member of team managing 24-7/always-on, multi-site infrastructure
        • Ensure proper security, monitoring, alerting and reporting for the infrastructure
        • Assist with capacity planning for all aspects of the infrastructure
        • Ensure that all projects and infrastructure are properly documented
        • Design, implement and operate a scalable and reliable system infrastructure supporting fast growth

        • Requirements:

          • Experience with Red Hat and CentOS Linux servers

            • Design and develop database architecture for scalable technical solutions
