Product Owner

Over the last 10 years, Intronis has transformed the market for cloud based data protection and recovery solutions for small business. Our network of nearly 2000 channel partners service over 35,000 Small Business and we are adding new partners and new end users every day.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Product Owner to join a growing, talented team and make a major impact on the direction of our product. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing to the product backlog, requirements, release planning and delivery. This position is ideally suited for a high energy, talented, self-motivated individual.

Digital Marketing Manager

This new role will sit at the intersection of inbound, web, and outbound campaigns to cost effectively drive qualified leads into the sales funnel. The Digital Marketing Manager will know how to reach a target set of buyers and, once reached, convert those targets into prospects and qualified leads, at scale. Key Priorities:

  • You will optimize our PPC and Retargeting programs, finding the right balance of spending and conversions to scale the program
  • You will scale other digital paid campaigns to deliver a predictable lead flow, while testing innovative new programs to create outsized returns
  • You will manage a regular calendar of webinars, from idea generation, to audience recruitment and follow-on nurturing
  • You will drive scaling the current marketing database with qualified prospects that can be nurtured into sales ready leads
  • You will play a key role driving website traffic and conversions, creating a strong foundation to rapidly test and iterate to drive conversions
  • You are an SEO expert, even in the petting zoo filled with Pandas and Penguins
  • You will harmonize measurement efforts to ensure that programs are delivering against targets and within budget

Qualified Candidates Are:

  • Exceptional digital marketers with a track record of success turning traffic (paid and earned) into leads in a high volume environment, who run A/B tests as a rule, analyze the results and optimize future campaigns based on the results

Education/Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience running digital marketing programs at high scale
  • Have direct experience managing PPC efforts
  • Prior experience with WordPress, Marketo, Hubspot and other demand gen tools
  • Have worked for a high scale B2B SaaS technology company with a transactional sales model
  • HTML/PHP coding experience a plus

Channel Marketing Manager

Intronis is on the cutting edge of the SaaS cloud storage market, delivering an exceptional customer experience for its channel partners.

The Channel Marketing Manager will have a solid mix of marketing skills, working closely with the Partner Success team, you will be focused on growing our customer base and helping our partners sell more effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to engage our current and future partners, create awareness and demand for our products and services, and create a positive connection between Intronis and our partners
  • Support the account management/account development teams in building targeted campaigns
  • Work closely with partners on understanding their marketing activities, and provide support and resources as appropriate
  • Write collateral, blog posts, web content and other types of content as needed to support the partner marketing efforts
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and Partner Success teams to ensure alignment between prospect and partner facing messages
  • Partner with the Chief Storyteller to ensure that the Partner Success Blog and social media channels are creating active engagement among our partners
  • Harmonize measurement efforts to ensure that programs are delivering against targets and within budget

Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years of experience as part of a high growth marketing team with an IT Services provider or Digital Agency
  • Exceptional marketers with a track record of creating and executing successful marketing programs that are engaging
  • Experience working and marketing to channel partners
  • Strong writers, who enjoy telling a story through a number of different channels
  • Willing to be unusual, to think way outside the box, and do not allow themselves to be constrained by the typical
  • Born digital and are active on social media
  • People who have a keen sense of what works in marketing

Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for working with our Regional Sales Directors to help generate and build a pipeline. Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced, talented, self-motivated software engineer who has a successful track record utilizing .NET, C#, Object Oriented design and implementation, and Web Services. Working closely with a team of analysts, developers, QA, and other business resources you will create a test harness for an existing application, and work on continuously improving and enhancing the primary interface for our growing customer base. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to rotate through research and development, mainline development, and sustaining environments while working with our offshore partners.

Requirements include:

  • 3-6 years of commercial software development experience, including at least 3 years using C# and .NET in a team environment
  • Strong skills in Object Oriented design and implementation
  • Solid design skills
  • Experience with .NET Remoting and WCF
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline

Nice to haves:

Entry-level Technical Support Engineer

This is an amazing opportunity for an entry level Technical Support Engineer to join a growing team of talented support engineers at Intronis. We are seeking an entry level, talented, self-motivated candidate who is familiar with basic networking concepts such as Mapped Drives.

You will be working in a collaborative, supportive technical environment, learning cutting edge SaaS network configurations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Triage partners technical product concerns including ways to deploy the Intronis solution in a non-disruptive manner.
  • Perform first and second level support in chat, e-mail and phone consultations.
  • Work with engineering and product management on difficult to resolve technical issues.
  • Actively update your technical skills both in the lab and by writing knowledge based articles.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-4 years’ experience working with technical issues relating to windows operating environments
  • Strong listening and communication skills
