    Primary Responsibilities:

      The Account Executive Manager will lead a team of net-new business hunters who will develop qualified opportunities for Intronis’ world-class, cloud-based data protection solutions. This high activity team is Channel focused selling into the IT services market. You will manage an energetic team of 10-14 Account Executives reps located in our Chelmsford office. You will be responsible for managing lead and opportunity pipelines as well as helping reps win and close business.       • Manage a team of telesales representatives

        Partner Management Director

        The Director of Partner Management will report to the Vice President of Partner Success and will have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing plans, programs and processes focused on optimizing our partners satisfaction.         Primary Responsibilities:

          Contracts and Procurement Specialist

          Intronis is an industry-leading, emerging growth company that provides cloud-based, world-class data protection solutions to the IT channel. Our rapid growth has led to the creation of a new position to manage contracts administration and procurement for the company.

          Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts and Procurement Specialist is an integral member of the Finance team. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills. This position will work primarily with Sales and IT, but also internally with every department and externally with 3rd party vendors.

          Responsibilities for Contracts Administration:

          • Review, approve and enter new business and product conversion contracts into the company’s proprietary operating system, upholding compliance with the company’s pricing and product policies
          • Create online and physical archive of contracts, ensuring same-day processing, logging and archiving of new business contracts and ensuring the organization and security of both online and physical contract repositories
          • Respond to questions regarding contracts and contract provisioning
          • Keep abreast of updates to the company’s operating system related to contract administration and provisioning
          • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting of new business and upgrade/downgrade activity

          Responsibilities for Procurement:

          • Manage the company’s Request to Spend (RTS) procurement process, acting as the conduit through whom all 3rd party spending is requested
          • Issue PO numbers and maintain the RTS Procurement Tracking log, ensuring real-time updates
          • Negotiate with 3rd party vendors for best pricing and identify areas of cost savings through vendor discount programs and manage new vendor relationships, including review of contract terms with CFO
          • Collaborate with CFO and other functional heads in major contract negotiations, ensuring best pricing and best terms for the company and adherence to the procurement process
          • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure that supplier invoices are properly matched to purchase orders

          Requirements:

          Staff Accountant

          Intronis, a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) provider of world-class, cloud-based data protection solutions to the IT channel, has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Based in Chelmsford, MA, this newly created position will report to the Corporate Controller.

          Responsibilities:

          • Manage bank activity, including preparing related journal entries and reconciling bank accounts
          • Reconcile various balance sheet general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
          • Prepare journal entries using NetSuite
          • Oversee customer credit card processing ensuring all activity is recorded in the company’s proprietary billing system in a timely manner
          • Reconcile corporate credit card expense statements to receipts, organizing and ensuring receipts are obtained for all charges from employees, verifying compliance with company policies, and importing the monthly credit card activity to the finance system
          • Analyze and document period versus period financial changes
          • Draft and maintain processes and procedures documentation using MS Word
          • Participate in audits and prepare related schedules
          • Support the establishment and accounting for international subsidiaries
          • Assist with long-term business system projects that involve working with multiple departments
          • Perform other accounting tasks as required, depending on experience and team needs

          Requirements:

          • 18 months relevant work experience within a corporate accounting department or public accounting firm

          Product Marketing Manager

          The Product Marketing Manager will drive the product marketing strategies and activities necessary for growing market share, and market awareness. In close collaboration with the Product Management team, you will help research and identify new market opportunities, influence product direction, lead enablement efforts to accelerate effective selling, and work with marketing execution teams on content development, product launches and demand generation activities.

          Primary Responsibilities:

          • Conduct product-level competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning.

          • Attend selected industry conferences to maintain awareness of market conditions, products/services, and industry trends. Share findings regularly with the product management/sales teams.
          • Understand the multi touch benefits of new and existing product features and how they fit into small businesses that buy through the IT channel.
          • Take ownership with Partner Management for creating a Partner Advisory Council designed to engage a consistent set of partner in strategy, product planning, and feedback sessions.

          Required skills:

          • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in product marketing or outbound marketing role preferably with a SaaS company.
          • Exceptional writing skills that can be applied and adapted across traditional and digital mediums, such as sales documents, web copy, video presentations, product documentation
          • Experience at a Channel focused company is a substantial plus
          • Experience with monetization planning and strategy for software as a service (SaaS).
