Partner Management Director

Over the last 10 years Intronis has transformed the market for cloud based data protection and recovery solutions for small business. Our network of nearly 2000 channel partners service over 35,000 Small Business and we are adding new partners and new end users every day. Intronis is on the cutting edge of the SaaS cloud storage market, delivering an exceptional customer experience for its channel partners.

The Director of Partner Management will report to the Vice President of Partner Success and will have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing plans, programs and processes focused on optimizing our partners satisfaction. This leadership role will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational execution required to establish Intronis’ partner relationship experience as a competitive and sales differentiator.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on driving adoption of Intronis solutions.
  • Define requirements and establish infrastructure focused on metrics that ensure partner success, partner satisfaction, on-boarding and adoption methodology
  • Ensure programs and processes are in place that facilitate rapid company growth and scalability
  • Establish best practices to ensure consistent, high quality partner engagements
  • Mentor and coach team members – hire and develop key talent and manage performance and career paths
  • Manage key partner issues and escalations to optimize partner satisfaction and retention in order to minimize churn
  • Develop and maintain a cross-functional product quality feedback process
  • Establish operational standards and metrics for cost controls, resource utilization/productivity, quality of service delivery and capacity
  • Drive an environment of technical and process innovation that facilitates accountability and empowerment
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years leadership experience with proven success working for a software, SaaS, or digital media companies
    • Proven track record defining and implementing operational processes and capacity models
    • Proven ability to recruit, train and retain talented customer focused talent
    • Experience working in metrics and process-driven environments, specific expertise with Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and KB methodologies
    • Exceptional people management, prioritization, process and communication skills
    • Superior project management skills, with proven ability to prioritize and resolve simultaneous issues
    • Ability to understand and resolve complex and technical issues, and instill confidence in partners during challenging incidents
    • Able to serve as the escalation manager for critical 24×7 partner and operational issues
    • Experience leveraging social media tools in a relationship management model context

    Contracts and Procurement Specialist

    Intronis is an industry-leading, emerging growth company that provides cloud-based, world-class data protection solutions to the IT channel. Our rapid growth has led to the creation of a new position to manage contracts administration and procurement for the company.

    Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts and Procurement Specialist is an integral member of the Finance team. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills. This position will work primarily with Sales and IT, but also internally with every department and externally with 3rd party vendors.

    Responsibilities for Contracts Administration:

    • Review, approve and enter new business and product conversion contracts into the company’s proprietary operating system, upholding compliance with the company’s pricing and product policies
    • Create online and physical archive of contracts, ensuring same-day processing, logging and archiving of new business contracts and ensuring the organization and security of both online and physical contract repositories
    • Respond to questions regarding contracts and contract provisioning
    • Keep abreast of updates to the company’s operating system related to contract administration and provisioning
    • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting of new business and upgrade/downgrade activity

    Responsibilities for Procurement:

    • Manage the company’s Request to Spend (RTS) procurement process, acting as the conduit through whom all 3rd party spending is requested
    • Issue PO numbers and maintain the RTS Procurement Tracking log, ensuring real-time updates
    • Negotiate with 3rd party vendors for best pricing and identify areas of cost savings through vendor discount programs and manage new vendor relationships, including review of contract terms with CFO
    • Collaborate with CFO and other functional heads in major contract negotiations, ensuring best pricing and best terms for the company and adherence to the procurement process
    • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure that supplier invoices are properly matched to purchase orders

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Accounting or Finance and/or a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
    • Excellent negotiation, organizational and time management skills
    • Experience using MS applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project)
    • Strong Written and Communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail

Staff Accountant

Intronis, a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) provider of world-class, cloud-based data protection solutions to the IT channel, has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Based in Chelmsford, MA, this newly created position will report to the Corporate Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank activity, including preparing related journal entries and reconciling bank accounts
  • Reconcile various balance sheet general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
  • Prepare journal entries using NetSuite
  • Oversee customer credit card processing ensuring all activity is recorded in the company’s proprietary billing system in a timely manner
  • Reconcile corporate credit card expense statements to receipts, organizing and ensuring receipts are obtained for all charges from employees, verifying compliance with company policies, and importing the monthly credit card activity to the finance system
  • Analyze and document period versus period financial changes
  • Draft and maintain processes and procedures documentation using MS Word
  • Participate in audits and prepare related schedules
  • Support the establishment and accounting for international subsidiaries
  • Assist with long-term business system projects that involve working with multiple departments
  • Perform other accounting tasks as required, depending on experience and team needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in accounting
  • 18 months relevant work experience within a corporate accounting department or public accounting firm
  • Understanding of financial statements and audit procedures

Senior Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced, talented, self-motivated Senior Database Administrator to help with the development, management, monitoring, and scalability of our database architecture. This person will join a team responsible for our existing MySQL and MongoDB infrastructure and participate in extending this infrastructure to support new product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop database architecture for scalable technical solutions
  • Assist application development with database design considerations, maintain database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems
  • Perform database routine maintenance and monitoring, develop strategies and implement solutions for improving database stability and disaster recovery
  • Maintain data integrity and security
  • Support software developers with database operations including the development and tuning of MySQL queries and stored procedures

  • Produce and publish content across channels and formats (blog, pictures, videos, podcasts, Tweets etc). Develop other content such as whitepapers, ebooks, and collateral as needed.
  • Serve as the company’s content marketing expert by maintaining a pulse on the latest issues, developments and trends in content marketing and social media.
  • Work with company execs and industry experts to develop blogs for their area of focus.
  • Measure the impact of your efforts.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.
  • Familiar with WordPress, Hubspot or other, similar publishing platforms.
  • Proven experience in copy writing and copy editing for the web or direct marketing collateral, experience editing audio and video files a plus.

Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will drive the product marketing strategies and activities necessary for growing market share, and market awareness. In close collaboration with the Product Management team, you will help research and identify new market opportunities, influence product direction, lead enablement efforts to accelerate effective selling, and work with marketing execution teams on content development, product launches and demand generation activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product-level competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning.
  • Become a subject matter expert/thought leader to create awareness and preference for Intronis products and solutions.
  • Work with product management to influence the product roadmap based on changing market dynamics and new opportunities in the SaaS cloud storage market.
  • Act as the core “interpreter” of product features and functions to make them accessible for prospect development, translate features into core business benefits and develop content that articulates how our Partners will be more successful as a result.
  • Work cross-functionally to map the “buyers journey” for each target segment and then provide guidance and content to engage prospects through each step.
  • Provide direct “customer and potentials” input and feedback to influence product marketing requirements for current and future products, extensions, and enhancements. Help translate the “voice of the customer” for the organization.
  • Drive efforts with public relations, analyst relations, and events teams on product launch related activities and ensure that marketing and sales/support activities communicate key features and benefits.
  • Attend selected industry conferences to maintain awareness of market conditions, products/services, and industry trends. Share findings regularly with the product management/sales teams.
  • Understand the multi touch benefits of new and existing product features and how they fit into small businesses that buy through the IT channel.
  • Take ownership with Partner Management for creating a Partner Advisory Council designed to engage a consistent set of partner in strategy, product planning, and feedback sessions.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in product marketing or outbound marketing role preferably with a SaaS company.
  • Exceptional writing skills that can be applied and adapted across traditional and digital mediums, such as sales documents, web copy, video presentations, product documentation
  • Experience at a Channel focused company is a substantial plus
  • Experience with monetization planning and strategy for software as a service (SaaS).
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to draw business relevant inferences from data
  • Results-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks
