Partner Success Manager
The Partner Success Manger works with Intronis partners managing business relationships to ensure that your partners’ needs and requirements are met. Managing an assigned group of partners, you will check in with them to assure successful implementation of our products, monitor accounts and triage technical and service issues. This role is an outstanding opportunity to learn our business, Cloud technology issues and solid Account Management skills.
Regional Account Director
As part of the sales team you will ensure that your client’s requirements are fully understood and that you can articulate and demonstrate the value we deliver through our solutions. You will develop, build, and close business in your assigned territory. As a Regional Account Director you will work to grow your partner base by increasing the Intronis footprint. Senior Software Engineer – PHP

As an active member of the Intronis Sales team you’ll manage the full sales cycle of your business from identification to closure. You will ensure that your client’s requirements are fully understood and that you can articulate and demonstrate the value we deliver through our partnership.
Professional Services Engineer
As a Professional Services Engineer you will work closely with our Partner Managers to build and close business nationwide by providing deep technical support for our SaaS, Cloud-based Business Continuity platform during sales calls, product demonstrations and implementations.
You will work with our Partners’ technical staff to assess their needs and address questions about Intronis product functionality in discovery and roadmap calls and during installs and upgrades. The Professional Services Engineer will also assist our Partners’ technical staff in developing their knowledge of the Intronis ECHOPlatform to support day-to-day operations and ahead of new product releases, and provide insight Partners’ technical requirements, new usage patterns and feature requests back to Partner Managers.
Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a highly intelligent, organized, and analytic individual to join a growing team of talented support engineers at Intronis. This team is responsible for providing technical support to MSPs who are reselling our Business Continuity Disaster Recovery solutions to SMBs. Technologies used include Microsoft technologies (Microsoft Servers, Exchange, SQLServer, VSS, Hyper-V, Physical Imaging), VMWare and integration with RMM and PSA tools. You must possess strong communication skills and a strong sense of ownership in the work that you do, be passionate and tenacious about troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as enjoy interacting with others as you assist them.
Business Development Representative
A Business Development Representative is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead management. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.
This will act as a layer between marketing and sales – handle all first contact with new clients and build relationships through marketing activity – events, campaigns, direct mail, email, etc. The goal of a Business Development Representative is to take a lead from a marketing campaign, qualify the lead through opportunity discovery, set an appointment with an Account Executive.
Technical Support Engineer III
