Rick Faulk

Rick Faulk

Chairman & CEO

Rick is a results-driven chief executive with more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales and marketing. He has worked for some of the world’s most successful SaaS and technology companies, including Lotus Development, j2 Global, Mzinga, Cisco, WebEx, Intranets.com and PictureTel.

Prior to Intronis, Rick was General Manager of Cloud Services for Sales & Marketing at j2 Global. As President & CEO of Mzinga, Rick helped build that company into a market-leading provider of on-demand social software solutions to major global brands. Immediately prior to Mzinga, Rick was Chief Marketing Officer of WebEx Communications and President of WebEx Small Business, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.

Rick currently sits on the boards of Yodle, SkillSurvey, Bidding4Good and BatteryCorp and is an advisor to other start-up businesses. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.


Jacquelyn Barry Hamilton

Jacquelyn Barry Hamilton

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jackie manages Intronis’ finance function and partners with our operating managers to help deliver our world-class backup solution. She joins the company from Monster Worldwide, where she was divisional CFO of Monster Worldwide Technologies and, prior to that, a corporate finance vice president. A veteran of the IT services market, Jackie was CFO of Corporate Software, where she led financial operations and managed its successful acquisition by Level 3 Communications. Following the purchase, Hamilton served as senior vice president of the Information Services Group of Level 3 Communication.

A graduate of Simmons College, Jackie received her master’s degree in finance from Boston College.


Neal Bradbury

Neal Bradbury

Co-Founder, Vice President of Channel Development

Neal is responsible for generating greater business value for the company’s MSP partner community and alliance partners. He has held many leadership roles since founding the company in 2003, including partner support, product management, and most recently operations. Neal has more than 15 years of experience in networking, security, integration, and systems management. Prior to co-founding Intronis, Neal worked at Hasbro Inc. and at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where he was a Systems Engineer working on combat systems of the Virginia-class submarine.

Neal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.


Chuck DeLouis

Chuck DeLouis

Vice President, Product Management

As the head of the Product Management team, Chuck is responsible for all product decisions including strategy, requirements, and roadmap. He brings with him more than 30 years of software management experience and has a deep technical expertise in databases and data security. More than ten years of that time was spent in PM, driving innovation, disruption, and revenue growth. Before joining Intronis, Chuck was the Director, Product Management, at Precise Software Solutions where he developed and managed strategic deals with EMC and moved Precise Performance Management to the cloud. Prior to that, Chuck held senior PM and BD positions at VERITAS, managed IT and services for Sybase, and managed engineering and international consulting for Cullinet.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bates College majoring in Mathematics (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa). When he is not at work, Chuck is often found cycling or skiing.


Aaron Dun

Aaron Dun

Chief Marketing Officer

Aaron drives marketing and strategy for Intronis. He has nearly 20 years of experience running marketing programs for high growth venture funded companies and larger publicly traded global organizations. In addition to building highly visible technology brands, he has focused on connecting marketing performance to sales achievement through the use of innovative content marketing, inbound marketing, and social media strategies. Before joining Intronis, Aaron served as the VP of marketing and strategy for Percussion Software, where he led a complete transformation of the business around a new product innovation and market direction. Prior to Percussion, he played a leadership role in the marketing success behind Ness Technologies, Lionbridge Technologies and Softscape.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration with high honors from Boston University. He is an avid Boston sports fan, and is known to enjoy a good marketing book or two in his free time. Follow him on Twitter @ajdun.


Haiyang (Harry) Li

Haiyang (Harry) Li

Vice President of Engineering

As VP of Engineering, Harry leads R&D, software development, quality assurance, operations and corporate IT for Intronis. He has nearly 15 years of experience in building consumer web, software as service (SaaS) and cloud applications, and served for two years as Intronis’ Director of Development, managing the company’s software development schedule and leading engineering teams in the U.S. and Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Intronis, Harry served as the Managing Director of Software Engineering for Kenexa Corporation and Salary.com, Inc., where he was responsible for all technical aspects of TalentManager, its flagship talent management suite. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Solution Developer (MCSD).

Harry holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Beijing’s Tsinghua University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Jasmine Lombardi

Vice President of Partner Success

Prior to joining Intronis, Jasmine led the product operations team at Aspen Technology and has held senior management roles at Mzinga, Prospero Technologies, and PAREXEL International. Jasmine brings her in-depth years of experience in software development, project management, information systems consulting, business process management, professional services, business and product operations, client relations and support to her role in heading up the Partner Success organization. Highlights from her career include grass roots development and execution of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing models, third party technologies management, client success organizations, global systems implementation and process management.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, Master of Science in Information Systems from Boston University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She also speaks Mandarin.


Rob Merklinger

Rob Merklinger

Vice President of Sales

Rob is an experienced software sales leader with proven track record of driving success and developing sales talent. Rob joins Intronis from Gomez, Inc., a web optimization platform provider for SMBs, where he was the director of sales. While at Gomez, Rob doubled the company’s annual revenue and managed a team of 40 representatives. He also pioneered the Software as a Service sales process at Gomez and developed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

Rob graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.


Steve O’Neill

Steve O’Neill

Vice President of Business Development

With over 30 years of experience, Steve brings a wealth of industry knowledge about new business development, strategic marketing, and sales from both the start-up environment and across a diverse set of enterprise-class products and companies. As VP of Business Development, he is responsible for all business-development activities, including strategic partnerships and new-market development. Before joining Intronis, Steve was VP, Business Development, at Virtual, a professional services firm specializing in technical trade associations. Prior to Virtual, he served as Executive VP at the software company Trellix and held senior level sales and marketing positions at Lotus Development, Banyan Systems, and Hewlett-Packard.

Steve attended the University of New Hampshire and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.


Lyn Vanhuben

Lyn Vanhuben

Vice President of Human Resources

Lyn joined Intronis from Aspect Communications, where she provided global HR Leadership in Organizational Development, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, staffing and benefits. She partnered with the Executive team, leading the implementation of HR best practices and driving HR programs throughout the organization. Before Aspect Communications, she worked at various-sized public and private companies, including Digital Equipment, Wildfire Communications, Bose, Fannie Mae and Harte Hank, leading HR Teams and best practices.

Lyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rivier College.
