Rick Faulk

Rick Faulk

Chairman & CEO

Rick is a results-driven chief executive with more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales and marketing. He has worked for some of the world’s most successful SaaS and technology companies, including Lotus Development, j2 Global, Mzinga, Cisco, WebEx, Intranets.com and PictureTel.

Prior to Intronis, Rick was General Manager of Cloud Services for Sales & Marketing at j2 Global. As President & CEO of Mzinga, Rick helped build that company into a market-leading provider of on-demand social software solutions to major global brands. Immediately prior to Mzinga, Rick was Chief Marketing Officer of WebEx Communications and President of WebEx Small Business, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.

Rick currently sits on the boards of Yodle, Influitive, Hostway, Bidding4Good & Ontegrity and is an advisor to other start-up businesses. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.


Diane Basile

Diane Basile

Chief Financial Officer

Diane leads the Intronis finance function and partners with our operating managers to drive profitable growth. She joins the company from Nuance Communications, where she was the divisional CFO for Nuance Healthcare. Prior to Nuance, she held strategic, operational, and financial roles at Mercury Computer Systems, PerkinElmer, and Digital Equipment.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and she received a Master’s Degree in Finance from Boston College. A CFA Charterholder, she is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.


Neal Bradbury

Neal Bradbury

Co-Founder, Vice President of Channel Development

Neal is responsible for generating greater business value for the company’s MSP partner community and alliance partners. He has held many leadership roles since founding the company in 2003, including partner support, product management, and most recently operations. Neal has more than 15 years of experience in networking, security, integration, and systems management. Prior to co-founding Intronis, Neal worked at Hasbro Inc. and at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where he was a Systems Engineer working on combat systems of the Virginia-class submarine.

Neal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.


Chris Crellin

Chris Crellin

Vice President of Product Management

Chris leads product strategy and management for Intronis. Over the past 15 years Chris has a strong record of successfully developing product strategy and driving execution from concept to delivery. Chris joined Intronis from Backupify/Datto, Inc. where he was responsible for product strategy and execution of their cloud backup SaaS portfolio. Prior to Datto, he spent 14 years with RSA, the Security Division of EMC. He was the lead product manager for the RSA SecurID portfolio after having started his career as a software engineer.

Chris holds Bachelor of Computer Science and Bachelor of History degrees from Bucknell University, and he received a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.


Aaron Dun

Aaron Dun

Chief Marketing Officer

Aaron drives marketing and strategy for Intronis. He has nearly 20 years of experience running marketing programs for high growth venture funded companies and larger publicly traded global organizations. In addition to building highly visible technology brands, he has focused on connecting marketing performance to sales achievement through the use of innovative content marketing, inbound marketing, and social media strategies. Before joining Intronis, Aaron served as the VP of marketing and strategy for Percussion Software, where he led a complete transformation of the business around a new product innovation and market direction. Prior to Percussion, he played a leadership role in the marketing success behind Ness Technologies, Lionbridge Technologies and Softscape.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration with high honors from Boston University. He is an avid Boston sports fan, and is known to enjoy a good marketing book or two in his free time. Follow him on Twitter @ajdun.


Scott Graham

Scott Graham

Vice President of IT and Operations

Scott has 25+ years of experience running IT organizations for high growth venture funded companies and larger publicly traded global organizations. He has focused on architecting, developing and implementing High Availability Environments to support mission critical systems. Before joining Intronis, Scott served as the VP of IT for Consumer United a venture funded brokerage house where he led a complete transformation of all systems and infrastructure. Prior to Consumer United, he was the Managing Director for First Marblehead and transformed their IT systems to provide student loan decisions in less than 5 seconds. This allowed First Marblehead to become the number one student loan provider in the country. He has also held senior management rolls at Avid Technology, Quantum Bridge, and 3Com.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Services from the University of Lowell. He is an avid sports fan and keeps in shape by competing in endurance sports (running, triathlons and snow shoe racing). He just recently competed in his 29th consecutive Boston Marathon.


Haiyang (Harry) Li

Haiyang (Harry) Li

Vice President of Engineering

As VP of Engineering, Harry leads R&D, software development, and quality assurance for Intronis. He has nearly 15 years of experience in building consumer web, software as service (SaaS) and cloud applications, and served for two years as Intronis’ Director of Development, managing the company’s software development schedule and leading engineering teams in the U.S. and Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Intronis, Harry served as the Managing Director of Software Engineering for Kenexa Corporation and Salary.com, Inc., where he was responsible for all technical aspects of TalentManager, its flagship talent management suite. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Solution Developer (MCSD).

Harry holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Beijing’s Tsinghua University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Jasmine Lombardi

Vice President of Partner Success

Prior to joining Intronis, Jasmine led the product operations team at Aspen Technology and has held senior management roles at Mzinga, Prospero Technologies, and PAREXEL International. Jasmine brings her in-depth years of experience in software development, project management, information systems consulting, business process management, professional services, business and product operations, client relations and support to her role in heading up the Partner Success organization. Highlights from her career include grass roots development and execution of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing models, third party technologies management, client success organizations, global systems implementation and process management.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, Master of Science in Information Systems from Boston University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She also speaks Mandarin.


Rob Merklinger

Rob Merklinger

Vice President of Sales

Rob is an experienced software sales leader with proven track record of driving success and developing sales talent. Rob joins Intronis from Gomez, Inc., a web optimization platform provider for SMBs, where he was the director of sales. While at Gomez, Rob doubled the company’s annual revenue and managed a team of 40 representatives. He also pioneered the Software as a Service sales process at Gomez and developed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

Rob graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.


Lyn Vanhuben

Lyn Vanhuben

Vice President of Human Resources

Lyn joined Intronis from Aspect Communications, where she provided global HR Leadership in Organizational Development, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, staffing and benefits. She partnered with the Executive team, leading the implementation of HR best practices and driving HR programs throughout the organization. Before Aspect Communications, she worked at various-sized public and private companies, including Digital Equipment, Wildfire Communications, Bose, Fannie Mae and Harte Hanks, leading HR Teams and best practices.

Lyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rivier College.
