Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing highly effective and measureable lead generation programs in a high-tech channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create programs that generate and nurture leads through the marketing and sales pipeline
  • Determine the appropriate mix of direct marketing programs including, but not limited to: telemarketing, webinars, channel events, and nurturing
  • Manage the tracking infrastructure for each program
  • Implement lead nurturing programs through the partner lifecycle
  • Identify new lead generation channels
  • Deliver regular activity, ROI, and performance reports
  • Manage and optimize the existing telemarketing team
  • Continually monitor, analyze, and tune campaigns utilizing the marketing automation and Salesforce.com

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Demand Generation, preferably in a high-tech channel
  • Proven, measurable track record developing and executing successful demand generation programs with high return on marketing investment
  • Highly experienced with Salesforce.com
  • Meticulous attention to data and metrics; we measure everything at Intronis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong experience in e-mail management (e.g., Constant Contact)
  • B.A. or B.S. degree. An MBA is a plus.

Channel Marketing Manager

The Channel Marketing Manager position is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing programs in a high-tech channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Create actionable channel marketing plans and marketing programs, including reseller, integration, partner, and referral programs
  • Ongoing evaluation, tracking, and reporting of channel marketing program effectiveness
  • Manage online and in-person events, online communities, and product campaigns
  • Increase awareness of Intronis' capabilities with existing partners
  • Collaborate with Content Strategist to create messaging platforms that drive business
  • Maintain a reference base of channel partners and work with them to coordinate Intronis sponsored events, meetings, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in high-tech
  • At least 2 years in channel program management
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Meticulous attention to data and metrics; we measure everything at Intronis.
  • Highly focused and strong sense of accountability
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree. An MBA is a plus.

Business Development Specialist

Launch Your Sales Career with an Amazing Opportunity in Venture Backed High Tech

The Business Development Specialist's role will be to become an expert on generating, prospecting, and qualifying leads, one of the most important components of the sales process. As an active member of the OpenView Labs and Intronis team the incumbent will gain exposure to a variety of portfolio companies, while helping to build pipeline and drive revenues at Intronis Technologies. This role is an excellent opportunity to prove yourself in a sales environment, and gain access to upper level managers at a variety of expansion stage companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Reactive qualifying of leads over the phone
  • Inbound and outbound prospecting for Intronis Technologies
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of Intronis' products, and the online backup industry
  • Increase and promote brand awareness of Intronis' solutions while qualifying potential customers
  • Utilize professional communication skills in order to research and interview prospective partners
  • Making between 60-70 phone calls per day to MSPs (Managed Service Providers)

Qualified candidates for this position are/have:

  • Highly self-motivated and driven
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • A passion for technology is preferred but not required
  • Experience using CRM software is a plus

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 1-3 years of previous successful sales experience, ideally in IT or data backup
