Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Making between 70-90 phone calls per day to IT service providers and following up on incoming leads
- Working closely and collaboratively with your assigned Regional Sales Director and Manager to develop and implement a territory Go to Market Strategy
- Achieve or exceed quarterly individual and team metric/revenue quota
- Qualifying leads by understanding their business needs, goals and evaluating their fit for our solution

Account Manager
Manage business relationships in our fast growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your regional assigned accounts to retain, grow commitment and provide customer resources when needed

Linux Administrator
Intronis is one of the leading and fastest growing providers of cloud backup and recovery to partner resellers and managed service providers. Delivering its service to over 6000 customers worldwide through a network of over 1500 partners, Intronis sells a software service that allows organizations to back up their data and their clients' data to Intronis' remote locations. Intronis is a venture-funded business with significant revenue.
As a member of the Intronis systems team, you will work on a multi-site, high-capacity storage network running our Intronis Cloud Backup and Recovery product. This position plays a pivotal role, as you are part of the team responsible to scale the infrastructure to support fast growth. This role requires prior experience using configuration management tools, such as CFEngine, and monitoring tools, such as Nagios.
Responsibilities
- Support and scale server infrastructure for development, QA and production
- Member of team managing 24-7/always-on, multi-site infrastructure
- Ensure proper security, monitoring, alerting and reporting for the infrastructure
- Assist with capacity planning for all aspects of the infrastructure
- Ensure that all projects and infrastructure are properly documented
- Design, implement and operate a scalable and reliable systems infrastructure supporting fast growth
- Perform daily maintenance activities

Qualified candidates for this position have:
- Must be strong with configuration management tools like CFEngine
- Experience with Kickstart and PXE for remote installations

Position Summary:
The successful candidate acquire a broad understanding of the client and backend server portions of the product and utilize this knowledge to develop test cases, both automated and manual, which help quantify the product quality. Test case development will cover all major test areas including functional testing, performance, load/stress testing and will include automated regression.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Clearly understand the Intronis end user workflow and define test cases that reflect this vision
- Be a major contributor in defining the next generation distributed automation framework
- Review manual test case repository and contribute to continual coverage improvement
- Execute manual test regression and log results in central test tracking tool
- Creating scalable and reusable automation test cases for .NET rich client and web applications
- Estimate and prioritize tasks and subsequently execute to schedule
- Cross-train and interact successfully with remotely located engineering team members
Related experience:
- 6+ years in Quality Assurance including:
- 4+ years of test case and test plan design and execution
- 2+ years with a UI automation tool (QTP, Selenium, Watir, etc.)
- 2+ years with distributed automated tools and frameworks (TestNG, STAF, PNUnit, etc.)
- Organized and structured scripting skills with relevant script and library samples

Software Support Engineer II

Customers are at the heart of all we do. We aspire to exceed our clients’ expectations at every interaction. The Senior Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Intronis’ growing base of partners and end users. This position will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as means of providing an enjoyable customer experience. While a large part of this position will be troubleshooting clients’ technical issues as they arise and as they relate to usage of the Intronis platform, the position also entails updating relevant internal and external training documentation, coaching junior technical support specialists, account set up questions, and collaborating across departments to solve a wide variety of customer concerns.
Skills Required:
Windows operating system/networking knowledge – be familiar with all versions of MS Windows from XP through 2008 as well as basic networking such as Mapped Drives. Great problem solving skills in different windows environments, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service experience, and ability to stick with an issue until the root cause is identified and resolved. Extreme patience required when working through items of great importance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support for Intronis partners and customers
- Escalate and triage any incoming issues that are non-standard
- Assist with developing training materials for our various stakeholders
- Accurate and consistent use of our ticketing system
- “Owning” client issues/tickets from first contact to completion

The Solution Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Solution Engineers are the primary technical resource for the sales force. Solutions Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
Qualified candidates for this position are/have:
- Organized and self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales and knowledge of technology
