Q: About the free trial.
A.When you sign up for eSureIT your first 14 Days are free. During the free trial period, you have full use of the software and you are entitled to use as much storage space as you wish. There are no restrictions during your free trial period. You will be asked to choose a payment option during sign up; however, you will NOT be billed for the free trial period.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card will be debited for the first time after the 14 day trial period has expired. If you choose to pay by check, you will receive a printed invoice in the mail before your free trial period expires. Payment terms are net 15 days. If you do not wish to continue using eSureIT beyond your free trial please send an email to billing@intronis.com before the 14 day trial period is over to avoid any billing confusion. You can cancel your eSureIT account at any time; however, you will not receive a refund for services already debited or billed.

Annual plans
When you sign up for eSureIT you will have the option of paying by credit card or by invoice. When you choose one of our discounted annual plans you will be billed for the total plan price, less any discounts you have, once your 14 day free trial has expired.
You will automatically be renewed for the same plan option once your chosen term expires and you will be billed for the total cost. If you choose to be billed by credit card, your card will be debited automatically and you will receive a receipt via email. If you choose to be billed by mail you will receive a paper invoice in the mail approximately 15 days before your renewal anniversary. Payment terms are net 15 days.
Monthly plans
If you choose our monthly plan you may also pay by credit card or invoice. You will be billed each month, in advance, for the next 30 days of service. If you choose to be billed by credit card, your credit card will be debited automatically and you will receive a receipt via email. If you choose to be billed by check, you will receive a paper invoice in the mail approximately 15 days before each monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. Payment terms are net 15 days.
Q: Why am I being charged for more than my initial storage amount?
A. There are two reasons why you may have been charged more than your initial storage amount. The first reason is if you have previously purchased additional storage space. The second reason is if you have gone over the storage space that you initially chose. To reduce your storage space, you may want to delete files that you no longer need backed up or use the revision wizard to delete old versions of files that you no longer need.
TopQ: How do I change my billing address or credit card information?
A. To change your method of payment or your credit card information, please call us at 800-569-0155 or email us at billing@intronis.com. To change your billing address, you may also login to your account at https://my.intronis.com and Click Update my billing information. On this screen, you will be able to edit your contact information.
TopQ: What happens if I go over the amount of storage space that I have purchased?
A. If the amount of data that you back up (after compression) exceeds the amount of storage you have signed up for you will receive a notification via email approximately 7 days before the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive a usage email monthly, regardless of which payment plan you intially chose. You will be able to continue to backup and use the service uninterrupted. This 7 day period gives you the opportunity to delete files that are outdated or no longer need backing up, or to purchase additional storage space. If you are still over your purchased amount at the end of the 7 day period, you will be billed for additional storage space at the rate of $2.99 per full or partial Gigabyte used.

TopQ: How do I cancel my account?
A. We hope that you will never need to cancel your eSureIT online backup service account. However, if you do need to cancel your account, please send an email to billing@intronis.com with your username and the reason that you are canceling. Your account will be cancelled at the end of your current monthly billing cycle (or immediately if you are in a Free Trial period). You will not receive a credit for any unused days in the current billing month.
