Q: How does the Partner Program work?

A. With the Intronis Partner Program, you’ll purchase a block of space in our data centers that you can resell to your clients. The Partner Program also allows you to put your name on our solution, so you’ll have the benefit of our security, backup, and recovery functionality all under your own brand.

Q: How does branding work?

A. Your clients still back up to Intronis servers, but the software and documentation can be in a product name of your choice. This service is provided free of charge as part of the Intronis Partner Program.

Q: How long does the branding process take?

A. The branding process is simple and convenient. Our portal branding tool allows you to upload a logo, specify a two-color scheme, customize software information, and create custom email notifications in four easy steps that takes just minutes. You can change your branding at any time. Marketing materials are available and provided for your branding needs.

Q: Where are the Intronis data centers located?

A. Intronis replicates your encrypted data in three Tier-IV SSAE 16 certified facilities, located Boston, Massachusetts, Los Angeles, California, and Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Q: How often will I be billed for the volume block of space I purchase?

A. You will be billed once a month on the date that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 16th day of the month, you’ll be billed on the 16th of every month.

Q: Can I set the prices that my customers will pay for ECHOplatform?

A. As a partner, you have complete discretion to set the prices that your customers will pay.
