Q: How does the Referral Partner program work?
A. When you sign up to be a Referral Partner, you will select a Partner Code. When a customer that you have referred signs up for our eSureIT online backup service, they will submit your Partner Code during the signup process. Alternatively, we can provide a link for you to put on your website that will automatically fill in the partner code or an HTML signup form that will allow your customers to sign up directly from your website. You will receive a monthly commission on each paying customer that you have referred and whose account is in good standing. We take care of all customer service and billing functions.
TopQ: What are the commissions that I receive as a Referral Partner?
A. We offer a very competitive tiered commission structure. You receive commissions for the life of each account and commissions increase as the number of customers that you refer increases. TopQ: How do new customers signup for the eSureIT online backup service?
A. When a customer that you have referred signs up for our eSureIT online backup service, they will submit your Partner Code during the signup process. Alternatively, we can provide a link for you to put on your website that will link to our signup page and automatically fill in the partner code. We can also provide you with an HTML signup form that will allow your customers to sign up directly from your website. Once you are signed up as a Partner, the customized link and the HTML code can be downloaded at the Partner web portal at https://my.intronis.com.
TopQ: What happens if a customer signs up but forgets to submit the Partner Code?
A. No problem. Just email us the username of the account, or if you do not know the username, the company or individual’s name and we will make sure that you get credit for the referral.
TopQ: I am a Referral Partner. How often do I receive commissions?
A. You will receive commissions once a month. Commission statements and checks are typically mailed out on or about the 15th of each month.
TopQ: When will I begin receiving commissions?
A. You will receive your first commission check after the first customer that you have referred pays their first monthly bill (after the free 14 Day trial). Thereafter you will receive a monthly commission check as long as at least one of your referral customers has an account in good standing.
TopQ: How do I signup to be a Referral Partner?
A. You can sign up to be a Referral Partner directly from our website at https://my.intronis.com/signup/partner.php. You will choose a username, password, Partner Code, enter some basic contact information and fill out a very brief questionnaire. You will then be able to begin referring customers to the eSureIT online backup service and begin earning recurring commissions immediately.
