Q: How does the Partner Program work?
A. With Intronis' Partner Program, you'll purchase blocks of space on our data center servers that you can resell to your clients. The Partner Program also allows you to put your name on our solution. So you'll have the benefit of our security, backup, and recovery functionality all under your own brand.
Q: How does the rebranding service work?
A. End users still backup to Intronis servers, but the software and user documentation would be in a product name of your choice. This service is provided free of charge as part of the volume reseller program.
Q: How long does the rebranding process take?
A. As a partner the rebranding process is simple and convenient. Marketing materials are available and provided for your rebranding needs. In addition, rebranding your website takes 2 weeks; while software and notification rebranding are in real time and you may update logos as needed instantly.
Q: How often will I be billed for the volume block of space I purchase?
A. As a Partner, you will be billed once a month on the date that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 16th day of the month, you'll be billed on the 16th of every month.
Q: Can I set the prices that the end users will pay for the Cloud Backup and Recovery Service?
A. As a Partner, you have complete discretion to set the prices that your customers will pay. Intronis will bill you based on the number of GBs that you purchase.
