Volume Reseller FAQs
Q: How does the Volume Reseller Partner program work?
A. With the Volume Reseller Partner Program, partners purchase blocks of space on Intronis Data Center Servers that they can resell as they like, with all Intronis security, backup, and recovery functionality. The Volume Reseller Program also allows our partners to put their own name on our best-of-breed solution.
Q: How often will I be billed for the volume block of space I purchase?
A. As a Volume Reseller Partner, you will be billed once a month for the volume block of storage that you selected. Payment terms are typically net 15 days.
Q: Can I set the prices that the end users will pay for the Online Backup and Recovery Service?
A. As a Volume Reseller Partner, you have complete discretion to set the prices that your customers will pay. Intronis will bill you based on the volume block you select during your sign-up process?
Q: How do I find out more information on the volume blocks Intronis offers?

Q: Can I have my own branded backup service?
A. Absolutely! With the Volume Reseller Program, we offer you the option of re-branding the Online Backup and Recovery Service. End users still backup to Intronis servers but the software and user documentation would be in a product name of your choice. We charge a one-time setup fee to re-brand the Online Backup and Recovery Service. For more information about re-branding, please contact us at 800-569-0155 or email us at partners@intronis.com.
Q: How long does the re-brand process take?
A. Once you have provided us with a name, logo, and contact information of the re-branded service, it typically takes one to two weeks for us to re-brand the software. Within no time you will have your own branded online backup and recovery service. Don't forget to ask about the branded marketing materials!
Q: What is the process for becoming a Volume Reseller Partner?

Referral Program FAQs
Q: How does the Referral Partner program work?
A. When you sign up to be a Referral Partner, you will select a Partner Code. When a customer that you have referred signs up for our Online Backup and Recovery Service, they will submit your Partner Code during the signup process. Alternatively, we can provide a link for you to put on your website that will automatically fill in the partner code or an HTML signup form that will allow your customers to sign up directly from your website. You will receive a monthly commission on each paying customer that you have referred and whose account is in good standing. We take care of all customer service and billing functions.Top
Q: What are the commissions that I receive as a Referral Partner?
A. We offer a tiered commission structure. You receive commissions for the life of each account and commissions increase as the number of customers that you refer increases. For more information and for the commission schedule, please contact us at 800-569-0155 or email us at partners@intronis.com.
Q: How do new customers signup for Intronis Online Backup and Recovery Service?
A. When a customer that you have referred signs up for our Online Backup and Recovery Service, they will submit your Partner Code during the signup process. Alternatively, we can provide a link for you to put on your website that will link to our signup page and automatically fill in the partner code. We can also provide you with an HTML signup form that will allow your customers to sign up directly from your website. Once you are signed up as a Partner, the customized link and the HTML code can be downloaded at the Partner web portal at https://my.intronis.com.
Q: What happens if a customer signs up but forgets to submit the Partner Code?
A. No problem. Just email us at support@intronis.com with the username of the account, or if you do not know the username, the company or individual's name and we will make sure that you get credit for the referral.
Q: I am a Referral Partner. How often do I receive commissions?
A. You will receive commissions once a month. Commission statements and checks are typically mailed out on or about the 15th of each month.
Q: When will I begin receiving commissions?
A. You will receive your first commission check after the first customer that you have referred pays their first monthly bill (after the free 14 Day trial). Thereafter you will receive a monthly commission check as long as at least one of your referral customers has an account in good standing.
Q: How do I signup to be a Referral Partner?
A. You can sign up to be a Referral Partner directly from our website at https://my.intronis.com/signup/partner.php. You will choose a username, password, Partner Code, enter some basic contact information and fill out a very brief questionnaire. You will then be able to begin referring customers to the Intronis Online Backup and Recovery Service and begin earning recurring commissions.
