Q: How does the Partner Program work?

A. With Intronis' Partner Program, you'll purchase blocks of space on our data center servers (starting at 250 GBs) that you can resell to your clients. The Partner Program also allows you to put your name on our solution. So you'll have the benefit of our security, backup, and recovery functionality all under your own brand.

Q: What if I don't have 250 GB?

A. Please contact us and let us know. We can refer you to one of our master managed service providers. You'll still have access to most of the functionality available to our Partners.

Q: How does the rebranding service work?

A. End users still backup to Intronis servers, but the software and user documentation would be in a product name of your choice. We charge a one-time setup fee to rebrand the Online Backup and Recovery Service.

Q: How long does the rebranding process take?

A. Once you have provided us with a name, logo, and contact information of the rebranded service, it takes approximately two weeks for Intronis to rebrand the standard software and the website. We also have a user manual and marketing materials available for rebranding by request. Those items take approximately three weeks to rebrand.

Q: How often will I be billed for the volume block of space I purchase?

A. As a Partner, you will be billed once a month on the date that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 16th day of the month, you'll be billed on the 16th of every month.

Q: Can I set the prices that the end users will pay for the Online Backup and Recovery Service?

A. As a Partner, you have complete discretion to set the prices that your customers will pay. Intronis will bill you based on the number of GBs that you purchase.
